Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Submit a do-not-sell or do-not-share request under CCPA/CPRA and other state privacy laws. Verified and processed within 45 days per California law.

Compliance Framework

GSDSI operates under CCPA/CPRA, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, and the evolving US state-privacy-act landscape (Virginia CDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, Utah UCPA, Iowa ICDPA, Montana CDPA, Oregon OCPA, Texas TDPSA, Florida FDBR, and others). Consumer-report-adjacent products carry FCRA-ineligible labeling. Privacy-request handling meets the 45-day verification SLA required by California law.

Global Privacy Control

If a supported browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the page detects that preference and directs the visitor to the official DSR portal for confirmation, identity verification, and request tracking. The DSR portal remains the canonical route for opt-out status and suppression requests.

FAQ

How do I opt out of sale or sharing?
You can submit an opt-out request through the GSDSI DSR portal or use a browser that sends a recognized Global Privacy Control signal. California residents may also use the California DELETE Act platform when available for covered requests.
What happens after I submit an opt-out request?
GSDSI verifies the request where needed, applies suppression or opt-out handling to relevant records, and processes the request within the timeline required by applicable law. Some data may be retained where lawful retention, security, or compliance obligations apply.
Does Global Privacy Control require a separate form submission?
No. When a valid GPC signal is detected, GSDSI treats it as an opt-out of sale or sharing for that browser or device where required. Submitting the form can still help if you want the opt-out connected to broader verified identity information.
Where can I submit access, deletion, or correction requests?
Use the Privacy Center for access, deletion, correction, and other privacy rights requests. The Do Not Sell page is focused on sale, sharing, and sensitive-use limitation choices.
